Unit for removing tightly-sealed boiled ham, hot from mould

A unit is claimed for removing boiled ham from a pressing mould comprising a lower section (2), with pressing cover (7). Pivoted links (14) on either side have notches engaging edges (2') of the lower section. Pressure is applied (8) from above. There is a mounting system (16, 18, 19) for the lower mould. The novelty is that a driven spreader unit (23, 24) detaches the levers. There is also a pressing and lifting unit (20), its function depending on its direction of movement and the state of the levers. To detach the links (14), this initially presses downwards, for lever (14) detachment by the spreader, then moves away, raising the pressing section and cover.
