Tensioning section for slotted workbench

The section is single-piece and consists of two reciprocally-operating holding arms with different, step-free variable reaches. These consist of a draw-screw and a support-screw which are identical in construction and therefore exchangeable in function, since the whole unit can be turned through 180 deg. They are mounted in a core-section operated by a lever and surrounded by a hollow-profile casing. The system allows the user to change the position of a workpiece within seconds, without the use of any additional tool, and to hold the piece in position under pressure. Tension height and pressure are optional and smoothly variable. The workpieces can be tilted vertically or moved horizontally through slots. The lever increases the pressure and movement integration.
