<p>A device for composting of organic material, especially household waste, is described. It comprises a composting vessel, from which a gas flow (9) is emitted, containing components with a bad smell. It is especially characterized by a biological filter in the form of a vessel (2) with a bottom designed as a supporting sheet (5, 6) penetrable to a gas flow, whereupon rests a layer of active biological material (4). The vessel (2) is arranged as a cap to the composting vessel, so that said gas (9) flows through the layer, whereby said components are absorbed and are decomposed in the layer (4).</p> |
