Rollers are arranged in at least one row, one behind the other, and mounted on fastener component secured to board. Belt extends around roller. Preferably two parallel rows or one centrally-located row of rollers are used, each row containing at least two (3-6) rollers. Belt comprises synthetic elastic optimally reinforced with textile or metal fibre, or it comprises textile or metal fibres only. Belt contains one or two grooves for guiding it around rollers. Distance between front and rear rollers on board can be changed to alter belt tension.
