Telecommunication cable with strain relief elements in outer jacket

The cable (CA1) has a central coaxial core (CI1) with an inner conductor (IL) surrounded by air (CD2) in a dielectric tube (CD1) coated with conductive foil or braid (AL). Its outer jacket (OS) has conductive metallic strain relief elements (TE11-TE14,TE21-TE24) arranged in two diametrically opposed lateral protrusions (AB1,AB2) with symmetry about a bending plane (BE). Optical cables (OE1,OE2) centred among the strain relief elements contain lightguides (LW1,LW2) within preferably plastic protective sleeves (SH1,SH2). These cables can be separated from the power cable by tearing along lines of weakness (TL1,TL2) and utilised independently.
