The convection cooking control method of a microwave oven comprises the step of: oning a convection cooking start relay (RY2) and a heater relay (RY4) to start the cooking, and sensing an internal temperature to judge whether sensed temperature is more than the fixed temperature; oning a convection relay (RY1) to activate a convection fan, and performing a general convection cooking control according to the internal high temperature until the cooking time has been terminated, in case that the internal high temperature rises more than the fixed temperature; offing the start relay (RY2) and the heater relay (RY4) to stop the heating, and offing the convection relay (RY1) to terminate the cooking, after maintaining an on-state of only convection relay (RY1), in case that the cooking time is terminated.
