An universal network distributer of PLC for a link having a CPU collecting data on machining line or ordering; a data bank storing informations of respective programmable logic controllers(PLC1,..,PLCn) for a link; a LSI transmitting communication protocol to the CPU and to the DATA BANK; a programmable network driver(RS232C) consisting of plural drivers(D1-Dn) respectively connected to the programmable logic controllers(PLC1,..,PLCn); and a master network driver(MND) connected to the CPU and transmitting information collected according to regulation required from a high lank is disclosed. Thereby, it is possible to enhance productivity since other lines aren't affected even though one line is out of order.
