PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide service regarding consultation contents even if a connection with a consultant is impossible and to speedily takes over the consultation once the consultant can be connected by providing a mechanism which can select a connectable consultant in a office-side terminal device that a user uses. SOLUTION: A consultant-side terminal device 4 is selected which can handle consultation contents is selected from an office-side terminal device 2, and the selected consultant-side terminal device 4 is connected to the office-side terminal device 2 to carry out remote consultation. When an unmanned information terminal device 3 is selected, a past answer corresponding to the consultation contents of the user is retrieved and displayed on the office-side terminal device 2. When the consultant-side terminal device 4 corresponding to the consultation contents becomes able to connect while the unmanned information terminal device 3 corresponds with the user of the office-side terminal device 2, the unmanned information terminal device 3 takes over the consultation contents. When there is no consultant-side terminal device 4 at the end of the consultation by the unmanned information terminal 3, inquiry data for answering to the user are transmitted separately to the consultant-side terminal device 4 asynchronously by a communication means. |
