PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring the spring characteristics of a membrane part into a nonlinear state. SOLUTION: An almost closed space in a housing 4 is partition by a diaphragm 5 to form a liquid chamber, which is further partitioned into first and second chambers 7 and 8 by a rubber partition wall 6, the first and second chambers being intercommunicated through an orifice passage 9. The intermediate part of the rubber partition wall 6 forms a membrane part 11 a part of which forms a press part 12. When the membrane part 11 is bent and deformed to a position below a figure, the press part 12 is formed such that the tip thereof is pressed against a partition wall support member 14 and deformed, whereby a repulsion force due to deformation is changed into a nonlinear state with the progress of deformation of the membrane part 11 and as a result, the spring characteristics of the membrane part 11 are brought into a nonlinear state. |
