PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and generalize an input-side interface and to accelerate the processing speed on the input side of a page encoder side. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a data bus 12 which sends and receives data by reading or writing an area on the memory map of a personal computer for the input-side interface of a device which generates and controls input and output signal and a dual-port RAM 113 which can be read and written in two rays. Further, the system can be directly connected to an extension bus slot 115 of the personal computer. Further, a paging system which performs paging by utilizing a pager having an identification number output function is connected to the dual-port RAM 113. Consequently, the shape of the paging encoder can be inserted into the extension slot of the personal computer and directly connected to the bus of the personal computer, and the paging encoder is provided with the dual-port RAM 113, so that the personal computer and paging encoder can obtain input data at high speed by accessing the memory independently without any interference.
