摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen splitting dispenser which enables preventing of the leakage of a specimen as caused by changes in pressure within a nozzle mechanism. SOLUTION: In this specimen splitting dispenser, an exhaustion is performed in a nozzle mechanism 10 and an specimen in a master specimen container is sucked and held into the nozzle mechanism 10. After the nozzle mechanism 10 is moved to a specified point, air is supplied into the nozzle mechanism 10 to discharge the specimen in the nozzle mechanism 10 into a slave specimen container. In this case, a pinch mechanism 30 is provided for blocking the passage of air into a tube 21 to the supply of air to the nozzle mechanism 10 or the discharge thereof from the nozzle mechanism 10 and pinches the tube 21 for supplying or discharging air for connection between the nozzle mechanism 10 and an air supply/discharge device 20 in the course thereof in a state where the specimen is sucked and held in the nozzle mechanism 10. Temperature in the nozzle mechanism 10 is detected by a temperature detector 15 and a cooling means 40 is provided for cooling the nozzle mechanism 10 to lower temperature within the nozzle mechanism 10 when the detected temperature exceeds a set value.
