<p>PURPOSE:To surely detect abnormal conditions if the abnormal conditions are encountered by the short circuit of a heater. CONSTITUTION:A ventilation pass opening to both inside and outside of a cabinet is formed in a casing having an air intake port and an air discharge port. In a dehumidifier in which in the ventilation pass, a fan, a heater and an air permeable moisture absorbing material are placed, and also which is equipped with a control part 19 for performing operation control, a current fuse 17 to be burnt by abnormal current due to the short circuit of the heater is placed at a position at which only power source supply to the heater is cut off and a power source is supplied to other portions, and in the control part, the abnormal conditions of operation on the heater short circuit are detected.</p> |
