The maintenance, repair and operation management method comprises (a) a starting instruction and a password to deliver the order of priority and a starting message; (b) in case that the password coincides and the order of priority is lower than the order of priority of a counterpart remote registration system, it transmits an operating menu, and in case that the password and the order of priority are not proper, it transmits a corresponding message; (c) perceiving that session is not accomplished when a message of which the password and the order of priority are not proper is received, while determining whether a final instruction is input into the menu received; (d) then it transmits a control key of the operating menu when the end instruction is not received, and transmitting the operating menu according to the control key; (e) transmitting an end message upon the end instruction being received, and ending remote service.
