PREPARATION OF LACTOBACILLUS CONTAINING ORGANICAL BOUND ZINC

Lactic acid bacteria containing organic Zn are obtained by inoculating Lactobacillus acidophillus (KCTC 3146) in a medium consisting of defatted soybean, molasses and minerals, subsequently adding 300ppm of zinc sulfate and adding more 1000ppm and 2700ppm until log phase and at log phase, respectively, so that said bacteria may uptake zink.
