PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form inner electrodes of a desired conductor film thickness by setting the metal content of a metal paste to specified value within a specified wt.% range. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing process of a laminated capacitor, the metal content of a metal paste for forming inner electrodes is set at a specified value within a range of 65 to 80wt.%, this ensuring desired thixotropy and viscoelasticity of the paste, thereby e.g. forming inner electrodes of desired conductor film of about 3-15μm easily. Thus, it is possible to prevent the resistance increase of the inner electrodes, breaking of leads, reduction of dielectric strength, etc., and form inner electrodes by various printing methods.
