PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent limiting an information processing device being connected and used by performing existence detecting of an operator and discriminating whether the operator can be used or not with a display device itself. SOLUTION: This device 1 is provided with a display section 11, a sensor section 12, a reader section 13, and a display control section 14, and displays display data (a) from an information processing device 2 on a screen. When an operator 3 leaves from a screen during using the device, a sensor section 12 using an infrared ray detects it, outputs a leaving signal (e) to a display control section 14, display of the display section 11 is made dark by a luminance control signal (b), and the display section 11 can not be recognized. When an operator 3 returns to the device, the sensor section 12 activates the reader section 13 with a detecting signal (c), an input section 131 reads a bar code of a card 4, a collating section 132 collates data with discriminating information stored in the card 4 at the time of start and identification of the person himself is performed, a permission signal (d) is outputted, a luminance control signal (b) is changed, and the display is made bright. Thereby, it is not required to cope with the above by the information processing device 2, and a screen saver function including identification of the person himself can be performed by only the display device 1. |
