PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an improved device for detecting the magnetic field in the vicinity of an implant by generating detecting signals by a magnetic field detector in accordance with the variation of the capacity of a capacitive sensor in the existence of a magnetic field having a predetermined strength. SOLUTION: A medical implant 1 having a control device 2 connected to a magnetic detector 3 is used for a pacemaker, a defibrillator, a nerve stimulator or any other implantable device. Plates having mass elements are covered with a material sensible of a magnetic field of a ferromagnet or a permanent magnet. In existence of a magnetic field, capacity of a sensor 4 varies in accordance with variation of the distance between the plates and the capacity of a sensor 4. The sensor 4 is connected to an amplifier 5, output signals of the amplifier 5 are filtered by a low pass filter 6, and the measured signals 7 are transmitted to an activity measuring circuit 7 and a detecting unit 8. A detecting signal 11 is generated when the measured signal is beyond a threshold value 10 and transmitted to the control device 2.
