PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve press workability, resistance weldability and corrosion resistivity when producing a tank using an Al system plate steel sheet coated with an organic resin coat. SOLUTION: Silica and chromate are added to organic resin. The weight of silica added should be: silica/(organic resin + silica)=0.05-0.45; chromate added should be 0.1-60mg/m<2> in metallic chrome; and also the thickness of the coat should be 0.1-3.0μm. In addition, high molecular solid lubricant is added to the organic resin coat, and the amount in weight added should be high molecular solid lubricant/(organic resin coat + high molecular solid lubricant)=0.01-0.20.
