The twist-free connection of the two holder sections (4) to the clamp (3) is caused by a single tensioner located along the rotational axis (II). A reciprocal end-grip (16) is provided between the respective holder section and clamp to prevent rotation. The holder sections are connected to the clamp (3) by a threaded pin which extends along the length of the rotation axis.
