Force sensor with integrated hydraulic force/pressure conversion

The force sensor is rigid in the longitudinal direction, the measured force (Fm) applied to a hermetically sealed fluid quantity (2) with a large surface area, for generating a corresponding pressure in the fluid, detected via an electric pressure sensor (4), to provide an electric measuring signal. The pressure seal between the different parts of the force sensor element (1) is provided by an annular membrane (5), formed monolithically with at least one of these parts.
