<p>The chute part (1) is determined to be used for bucket elevator (containing one or two central chains), the bottom metal sheet of which (3) is located on both ends of bucket part (1), while the overlapping tongues (10, 11 are created, in the thickness, so that the chute parts (1) are overlapping each other in the chute connections (B) based on their overlapping tongues (10, 11) alternately. This solution is based on this principle, that the overlapping tongues (10, 11) are created on both ends closed to the chute part (1) along their limiting lines (12, 13), being undulated to each other, while this crimping complementary, flat and curved and they create several curved bossages (17) and circular recesses (14) located along the total wide of the chute part (1). The connecting line (B) among neighbouring chute parts (1) is located in the overlapping area closed to the overlapping tongues (10, 11). This construction of the overlapping tongues (10, 11) enables a relative soft motion of buckets through the chute connections without any impacts.</p> |
