PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject receptor useful for identification, etc., of a reagent useful for treating symptoms related to insufficient or excessive expression of a G-protein coupled receptor (asthma, Parkinson diseases, hypertension, angina pectoris, etc.). SOLUTION: This human G-protein coupled receptor is produced from a polynucleotide (including mRNAs, DNAs, cDNAs, genomic DNAs or antisense analogs thereof) comprising a member selected from the group consisting of (A) a polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide as set forth in formula I, (B) a polynucleotide as set forth in formula II, (C) a polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide expressed by a DNA contained in ATCC Deposit No.98039, (D) a polynucleotide which is capable of hybridizing to and is at least 70% identical to the polynucleotide of A or B and (E) one polynucleotide fragment of the polynucleotide of A to D according to a recombination technique. |
