摘要 |
The present invention relates to a wavelength conversion laser frequency stabilizing apparatus by using a transition line of an atom or molecule and an etalon interference pattern. In the apparatus, a laser beam system(1) is inputted into a beam splitter(2). The laser beam of beam splitter(2) is inputted into an interference pattern generator(4) of a temperature stabilizing device(5) through a beam chopper(10). The laser beam system of the interference pattern generator(4) is inputted into a differential amplifier(7) through a dual segment photodiode(6) and fedback to a frequency compensating element(9). An absorbing cell(3) is formed at a line of other beam splitter(10) and beam chopper(10) wherein the laser beam system(1) is fedback thereto.
