PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat recovering device by which the heat exchange between the exhaust gas and the engine cooling water can be performed by the device of the low cost. SOLUTION: A double tube heat exchanger 5 comprising an inner tube 51 and an outer tube 52 coaxially installed, is installed on an outlet end 4A of a silencer 4 installed on an exhaust port 3A of an engine 3, for thermally recovering the exhaust heat of the exhaust gas discharged from an engine drive heat pump device 1, to the engine cooling water, the exhaust gas from the silencer 4 is flown to the inner tube 51, and the cooling water of the engine 3 is circulated and supplied into a duct 53 between the inner tube 51 and the outer tube 52. |
