PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the stable production of a sound product by setting an intensified pressure starting position and a pressure measuring position for the intensified pressure starting while using an injection advancing limit position as the original point and executing the intensified pressure starting when the injection pressure reaches a prescribed pressure for the intensified pressure starting after a plunger position reaches the intensified pressure starting position or reaches the pressure measuring position for the intensified pressure starting. SOLUTION: The pressure measuring starting point A for the intensified pressure starting is (trial stake Sc)-(biscuit thickness Ts)-(stroke in high velocity section Sd)+αand the intensified pressure starting point B is (trial stroke Sc)-(biscuit thickness Ts)-X. Then, X is (plunger setting velocity V in the high velocity section)×(delay timeΔt). Further, the intensified pressure starting pressure Pset is decided with (accumulated pressure Pcc at the time of starting the injection)×( factorβ). By this method, in the case of Sa<=Sb, the intensified pressure starting is executed by opening/closing an intensified pressure control valve by the injection stroke >=Sa. In the figure, 9 shows a tip, 11 shows a molten metal supplying sleeve and 15 shows a product cavity.
