PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a powder cosmetic capable of providing a natural three- dimensional feeling and making cheeks, the ridge of the nose, etc., look neat and clear. SOLUTION: This powder cosmetic comprises two agents of (A) a powder cosmetic containing >=10wt.% based on the whole composition of fine powder having <=2.0 refractive index and >1μm and <=2μm volume accumulated average particle diameter and (B) a powder cosmetic of mica, titanium mica and bismuth oxychloride having >10μm and <=100μm volume accumulated average particle diameter.
