Disclosed is a joint structure of the front header and rear head. The structure prevents air pocket generation in the closed section. A roof panel(10) is attached on the upper part of the car; one end of the bent panel(20) is attached to one end of the roof panel(10); the header(30) with a closed cross section on both ends and with a hole(35) is fixed to the bottom of the panel(20); some beads(40) are formed at the joint of the panel(20) and header(30); respective panel(20) and header(30) is attached to the front and back surface of the roof panel(10) above and forms a closed cross section. When painting a car with the structure mentioned above, the beads(40) at the joint of the panel(20) and header(30) enable the air flowing in through the hole(35) to flow out. The structure improves paintability and the stiffness of the header.
