ALUMINUM DI SHEAR SPUN CAN WITH RUGGED PATTERN IN BODY PART, AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum DI can in which a body part of the DI can is annealed and bulged for work hardening and rugged pattern is provided at the position, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: An aluminum DI can is manufactured in processes of A. manufacture of a body part of a DI hear spun can, B. annealing by high frequency induction heating, C. painting and printing, D. synthetic resin film inside surface spraying, E. contraction of an opening end part, F. bulging into cylindrical shape, G. bulging of rugged pattern, and H. flanging, and annealed, and then, the whole can is bulged to perform the work hardening to the prescribed hardness so as to secure the desired hardness to form the rugged pattern. After the rugged pattern is formed, a DI can in which the Vickers hardness of 55-77 is obtained. The desired hardness to form the rugged pattern can be stably obtained, and a bulged article of excellent quality with uniform hardness in the mass production process can be produced.
