PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fluororesin surface which may be filmed at a lower temp., prevents the deterioration of an elastic layer and is smoothed by covering the outer side of the elastic layer and the fluororesin layer with a heat shrinkage tube shrunk by heating, then forming the film of the fluororesin layer by heating and baking. SOLUTION: This method of forming the film of the fluororesin layer on the elastic layer formed on cylindrical and columnar base bodies by heating and baking is a method of coating the outer side of the elastic layer and the fluororesin layer with the heat shrinkage tube shrunk by heating, then forming the film of the fluororesin layer by heating and baking. At the time of heating and baking the fluororesin layer on the elastic layer formed on the columnar and cylindrical base materials in such a manner, the fluororesin layer is pressed by the shrinkage force of the heat shrinkage tube disposed on the outer side of the elastic layer and the fluororesin layer and the film is formed by heating and baking and, therefore, the film formation at the fairly low temp. is made possible and the thermal deterioration of the elastic layer is suppressed. |
