PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential device which keeps the strength of a differential case itself and improves the hold strength and assembly precision of a differential pinion held by a pair of crosslike pinion shafts. SOLUTION: In an integral differential case 1, a first bearing hole 7a which opposes to one opening part 6 and is opened and provided at the same center as the center of the opening part 6 and a second bearing hole 7b and a third bearing hole 7c which are opened and provided opposingly by an axial line B-B which is orthogonal to an axial line A-A which connects the opening part 6 with the first bearing hole 7a are formed, and a pair of pinion shafts are constituted like a cross by passing a pinion shaft 5a on one side through a pinion shaft 5b on the other side and crossing them at a right angle. Both ends of the pinion shaft 5a on one side of the pair of pinion shafts are fitted into the second and third bearing holes 7b and 7c, one end of the pinion shaft 5b on the other side is fitted into the first bearing hole 7a, and the other end thereof on an opening part 6 side is fixed and supported on a support seat plate 9 which receives an outer end face of a differential pinion 4d through a retainer ring 10.
