PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the filling time and to make few dispersion of a packing ratio by installing a space for discharging a gas between an end part of steel tube and a powdery and granular material to be supplied, supplying the powdery and granular material inside a hopper to a steel tube coiled body and filling. SOLUTION: A powdery and granular substance F dropped and supplied (b1 ) with the gravity from a sub hopper through a powdery and granular substance supplying tube 10 of a smaller outside diameter than the inside diameter of a steel tube is moved (b2 ) toward the final end part on the horizontal part of the steel tube P with the vibrating transfer of the steel tube P. Together with this, a gas inside the steel tube P is discharged (a1 ) outside the steel tube from the tail end tube 9. When the powdery and granular substance is reached at the tail end tube 9 of the steel tube P, the powdery and granular substance F is raised to the way of the tail end tube 9 bent upward and stopped. After then, the powdery and granular substance F is filled inside the steel tube P progressively, at the same time the gas of the steel tube P is discharged a2 from the space between the steel tube P of the powdery and granular substance supplying side in the steel tube P and the powdery and granular substance supplying tube 10. |
