<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve anti-corrosion property, reduce a linear expansion coefficient and improve bending workability, cold workability as well as cutting workability by a method wherein the thickness of a laminate, obtained by integrating a thermosetting resin layer with at least one side of a woven fabric type reinforcing fiber layer through heating and pressurizing is specified, while the containing amount of the reinforcing fiber layer is specified. SOLUTION: A laminate 3 is constituted of thermosetting resin layers 1, 1 of both of front and rear surfaces and a reinforcing fiber layer 2, pinched between the thermosetting resin layers 1, 1. In another case, when the reinforcing fiber layers are two layers, the fiber reinforced layer under a condition that a thermosetting resin layer for connecting fibrous material is pinched between the rear and front sides thermosetting resin layers and is laminated. Further, when the thermosetting resin layer is bonded to only one side, the thermosetting resin layer is laminated on the reinforcing fiber layer in this order and a laminate, in which the reinforcing fiber layer is exposed, is obtained. In this case, the containing amount of the reinforcing fiber layer with respect to the whole of the fiber reinforced thermosetting resin laminate is specified so as to be 5-15vol.%. On the other hand, the thickness of the fiber reinforced thermosetting resin laminate is specified so as to be 0.3-1.5mm.</p> |
