PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release film suitable for a green sheet having no burr at the time of punching a through hole in the case of forming a ceramic board, for example, according to a green sheet multilayer laminating process and excellent punchability. SOLUTION: The film comprises at least two layers of polyester laminated by coextruding, and a release layer provided on at least one side surface of the laminated polyester film for simultaneously satisfying following formulae: 0.5<=[η]<=0.60, 0.1<=d50 <=1, and 5<=WA<=20, where [η] is a limiting viscosity of the laminated polyester film, d50 is mean particle size (μm) of particle contained in at least one layer of the polyester film, and WA is adding amount (wt.%) of the particle.
