PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold boots which is easy to mold by an injection molding method and excellent in electrostatic properties. SOLUTION: In the course of hanging a fabric backing 2 into last 4, an innersole 1 is inserted, the fabric backing 2 is hung again and electroconductive resin is injected for molding into an instep part 3. Then, the electroconductive resin is injected for molding into the principal boot sole and demolding of boots is conducted. The innersole 1 and the fabric backing 2 are not subjected to temporal tacking, sewing or the like. At the time of the injection molding of the instep part 3, resin having electrostatic properties is injected and the innersole 1 is made to be impregnated with the electrostatic resin under the injection pressure thereof so that the innersole 1 be fixed. Besides, the electrostatic resin is made to penetrate into the fabric backing 2 by the injection pressure and thereby electroconductivity is obtained also from the instep part 3. |
