PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition of herbicide capable of effectively controlling a variety of weeds at a low dosage without damage from chmicals to crops such as wheat and turfs, by formulating a specific triazine derivative with isoxaben. SOLUTION: A triazine derivative and/or its salt of formula I (X<1> is an C1-4 alkyl and a halogen; (n) is 0-4; R<1> is an C1-10 alkyl) and isoxaben of formula II are used in combination. As the compound of formula I, e.g. 2- amino-4-[2-(3',5'-dimethylphenoxy)-1-methylethylamino]-6-isopropyl-1,3 ,5-triazine and the like are illustrated. The compound of formula I and isoxaben of formula II are preferably formulated at a ratio of 10:1 to 1:100 in weight. This composition of herbicide can effectively control wide leave weeds and grasses and contribute to more improvement of crop production and elimination or reduction of labor. |
