Disclosed is a side sill coupling structure equipped with center and rear reinforcement member at the inside and outside of the side sill and formed bent part at the center floor panel. The front reinforcement member(13) forming bent part(13a) in the center of the vertical side fixes side sill out panels(11) to upper/lower parts outside to diffuse side collision shock first, bent part(13a) enhances rigidity of front reinforcement member(13), center reinforcement member(14) absorbs shock transferred from front member(13) and prevents its transformation. Thus coupling of side sill inner panel(12) and center floor panel(16) is enhanced by fixing them, and fixing both ends of rear reinforcement member(15) to them. Forming shock absorbing space to outside side sill inner panel(12) diffuses and absorbs collision shock from inner panel(12) resulting in minimum transformation of the car.
