PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce losses in a reflux diode. SOLUTION: MOSFETs 4u-4w and 4x-4z are connected in antiparallel with reflux diodes 5u-5w and 5x-5z. When the MOSFETs 4u-4w and 4x-4z turn off, the forward current is caused to flow in the reflux diodes 5u-5w and 5x-5z. In this configuration, when for example, the reflux diode 5u is cut off, a small reverse voltage is applied to the reflux diode 5u by means of a reverse voltage application circuit 7, and thereby the reverse recovery of the reflux diode 5u is caused by a low-voltage DC voltage source 8 of the reverse voltage application circuit 7 so that losses generated in the reflux diode 75 are reduced. |
