The invention is related to process for preparing polysaccharide using new culture which produces lactobacillus, polysaccharide especially by bipidobacteria and can segregate easily. Suitable culture for polysaccharide production by bipidobacteria which characterized in that comprising glucose, cagitone, phosphate potassium(monobasic & dibasic), acetate sodium, L-cysteine, pyruvic acid sodium, magnesium sulfate, ferrous sulfate, mangane sulfate and residual distilled water.
