The controller includes an indoor device having a temperature sensor, an indoor heat exchanger having a fan on the one side therof, a control part connected to the temperature sensor, and a coolant pipe connected to the indoor heat exchanger; and an outdoor device having an outdoor coolant pipe connected to the indoor coolant pipe.
