PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject tube capable of retaining good transparency and appearance even when shrinking the tube and coating a bend part therewith, by making a polyvinyl chloride resin contain specific amounts of a plasticizer and a rubber-based impact improving agent and an inorganic granular antimicrobial agent. SOLUTION: This tube comprises a composition obtained by adding (B) 6-40 pts.wt. plasticizer, (C) 3-25 pts.wt. rubber-based impact improving agent and (D) 0.1-5 pts.wt. inorganic granular antimicrobial agent (e.g. the one comprising a metallic ion such as silver, copper or zinc supported on a zeolite or a silica gel) to (A) 100 pts.wt. polyvinyl chloride resin. Thereby, specific amounts of the components B and C can be used together to thereby eliminate problems such as whitening due to the use of the component D having a low affinity for the component A and the tube can suitably be used for bend parts of umbrella handles, handstraps, etc. |
