The device has a radiator, at least one heater heat exchanger and fans (14,16) with a drive motor (10). The drive motor has at least one drive shaft (12) on which the radial fans (14,16) are flanged. The radiator and the heater heat exchanger form a single heat exchanger device (18) which is formed cylindrical and concentric to the first radial fan (14). The first radial fan (14) with the heat exchanger are enclosed by a first chamber system (20), and the second radial fan (16) is enclosed by a second chamber system (22).
