<p>The present invention relates to a method for stabilising fats, oils, unsaturated compounds and products containing the same, wherein said method comprises mixing the above-mentioned elements with an organic antioxidant and a synergetic agent. This invention also relates to a stabilising composition that uses as an antioxidant one or more compounds selected from the group comprising aromatic oxyamines, aminophenoxylanes, hydroxynoline or derivatives thereof and ascorbic acid or derivatives thereof. This composition also uses as a synergetic agent one or more ethanolamides of fatty acids, wherein the wt % ratio between the antioxidant and the synergetic agent is (2-95):(5-98).</p> |
