An image signal converting apparatus comprising a image signal processing means(10) repeatedly outputting the image signals in a frame to the next field is disclosed. Thereby, it is possible to remove vibrating phenomenon in converting 3-dimensional image signal to 2-dimensional image signal to obtain stable picture.
