The holder (10) is formed as a modular unit for attachment to or fitting into, another vehicle part. It has a side wall (14), carrying the pivot bearing for a base section, a pivot shaft (25), and a drive (21). The side wall has at least one support face (F) and one fastener point (42) for fastening to a vehicle part. The base section is formed as connecting rod for a crank arm linkage, with two cranks held via a pivot bearing on the side wall.
