Method and apparatus for preparing a non dripped film for vinyl house, which is appropriate for manufacturing wide film, are described. Thus, polymer film sent from a blowing die is discharged uniformly by corona from a high frequency oscillator(17) through electrode(16) on a dielectric roll(2). The discharged film with radical is put in a hydrophilic monomer solution tank(4), coated through knife coater(6),(7), and sprayed with reaction initiator passing through a knife over blanket sprayer(8), and polymerized at 5-60 deg.C for 30 min in a polymerization chamber(9). |
