PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make improvements in performance at the time of a reverse jet, by supporting an upstream side panel with at least one connecting rod so as to maintain a parallelism between a surface of the upstream side panel and a flowing layer coming into contact with this panel at the full operation stage, and connecting it to a gate coupled with the fixed structure of a reversing device. SOLUTION: An upstream side panel 22 is held and operated by a single set or plural set of a lifting beam 30 and a connecting rod 35, and two pivots 24 and 36 of these elements are situated in an area to be included in space between a pivot 20 of a gate 7 and the upstream of the beam, and the opposite side of these connecting rods 30 and 35 is connected to the panel 22 in two joint points 31 and 37. These joint points are situated in an interval between both down and up streams of the panel 22. Four joint points 24, 31, 36 and 37 of connecting rod-lifting beam-panel assembly are formed into a quadrangle, and therefore a flow running in a direct jet layer exerts its action extending over the whole surface of the panel 22, maintaining the flow in a state of being forcibly pressed to the fixed structure and the gate 7.
