PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal deflection high-voltage generating circuit in which a horizontal output operation is stopped instantaneously in the case of occurrence of a fault in a circuit. SOLUTION: A horizontal output transistor(TR) 12, a damper diode 14, and a feedback resonance capacitor 15 form a 1st horizontal pulse generating circuit, and an auxiliary horizontal output FET 19, a damper diode 20 and a feedback resonance capacitor 21 form a 2nd horizontal pulse generating circuit. A series circuit, consisting of a horizontal deflection coil 16 and an S-shape correction capacitor 17 and a flyback transformer 2, are connected in parallel with the 1st and 2nd horizontal pulse generating circuits. An output from a voltage detection circuit 6 and a current detection circuit 7 acts on a drive circuit (TR 27 or the like), consisting of a FET 19 via a holding circuit 26 to interrupt the FET 19. Thus, a horizontal output operation is forcibly stopped. |
