NOXIOUS MATERIAL REMOVAL DEVICE OF A GASOLINE ENGINE EXHAUST GAS

PURPOSE: A removal device can remove the noxious material of the exhaust gas from a gasoline engine effectively by using the ozone that can resolve the noxious material into the innoxious material. CONSTITUTION: An ozone apparatus(2) generates the ozone by using the electric discharge of a high voltage power supply, and a reactor(6) that is connected with an ozone apparatus(2) and an exhaust pipe(4) of the gasoline engine together, has an additional exhaust pipe(34). The ozone generated in the apparatus(2) reacts on the exhaust gas from a gasoline engine in the reactor(6) and the noxious material in the exhaust gas is removed. Then the exhaust gas is exhausted through the exhaust pipe(34).
