PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately obtain with a simple constitution a synchronizing signal respectively corresponding to plural light beams. SOLUTION: A laser beam source 10a is controlled, so that the lit states of 1st to 3rd light emitting parts at the time of scanning the light-receiving surfaces of two detectors 20a and 20b are different. Then, the time of light beam output timing is arithmetically calculated through electric processing using two kinds of photoelectric conversion signals outputted from the detectors 20a and 20b.
