The present invention discloses a reinforced concrete substructure system for bridges, platforms and similar structures, which should be constructed in deep waters, and constructive sequence thereof substantially comprising a bell (foundation) and a shaft (body or column), both of them made out of reinforced concrete, and being placed over a structural steel floating platform, stroke, transported and lowered down to their final positions (the bell over a conditioned excavation surface, and the shaft coupled to the upper part of the bell), according to a sequence comprising an intensive superficial or submerged flotation exploitation of both the submerged concrete volumes, and the air caught and (naturally or artificially) compressed in the bell, at pressures corresponding to the water level inside the bell, all of the aforementioned without the need of neither formal port facilities, nor of high capacity floating cranes.
